Pricing FAQ
A survey is one continuous ROV inspection programme on a single asset or asset group, resulting in one set of footage files and one compliance report. Multi-asset campaigns where footage is captured on a single vessel deployment are treated as one survey per asset inspected. The Survey plan covers up to 8 hours of ROV footage per submission.
Yes. Operators accepted into the early-access programme receive one survey processed at no cost. This lets your team evaluate detection quality and report output against your own footage before committing to a plan. Apply via the Request Access form.
Yes. Surveys processed at the per-survey rate can be credited against an Operator annual plan taken up within 60 days. Contact the team to arrange the transition.
All prices are in GBP and are shown exclusive of UK VAT. VAT at the prevailing rate is added on invoice. Non-UK operators may be eligible for zero-rating depending on their registered jurisdiction.
Standard .mp4 and .avi survey files are accepted. If your footage uses a different container format, contact the team before submitting and we will confirm compatibility. All footage is stored and processed in UK data centres. Enterprise plan customers can discuss specific data residency arrangements.
